About the event
O CONCCEPAR INTERNATIONAL - Cultural Scientific Congress of Paraná is an event that brings together paper presentations, lectures, short courses, workshops and round tables in various areas of knowledge. Held by Centro Universitário Integrado and Instituto Integrado - IN2 since 2005, it reaches its 16th edition in 2026, with the theme "Tradition that Inspires, Future that Connects". The event will take place from May 18-21, at the Integrated University Center, in Campo Mourão, Paraná.
The congress has the partnership of international institutions such as Cespu, Ucatec, Rome University, Universidad Católica del Uruguay, Universidad Siglo 21 e Universidad Científica del Sur, which will contribute palestras and presentations.
In addition, the CONCCEPAR has a strong commitment to sustainability by adopting carbon offset practices. Follow here the amount of carbon emitted and offset at the event!
Submitted papers may be the result of research, scientific initiation, extension or innovation projects; final papers, case reports and literature reviews may not be the result of published, in expanded abstract format.
The templates made available must be followed (including the logo of the event), under penalty of rejection of the submission. Works by undergraduate or graduate students must necessarily be authored by an advisor

Attention: the e-mails informed at the time of submission must be the same as those used to register for the event, otherwise the system will identify the author as non-registered.
Formatting standards for original work, revision work and technical report
The evaluation of studies in CONCCEPAR is double-blind. That is, the authors do not know who the evaluators are and the evaluators do not know who the authors are. This type of evaluation allows reliability and quality for both. The double-blind evaluation guarantees security and credibility to the author, since he can be sure that the work was approved by the content presented and not by external interference.
Thus, the author must always submit two versions of the work: one identified and one unidentified.
Unidentified job:this file should NOT reveal the identity of the authors, co-authors, supervisors and the like, thus ensuring the integrity and impartiality of the evaluation process. If there is any form of identification, the work will be automatically disqualified.
Work identified:the author must attach the same work, this time with the identification of all authors. If approved, this work will be used in the publication of the proceedings of the event after validation.

Evaluation of works and awards
Criteria for work evaluation
The submitted papers will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, specially constituted for this purpose. The analysis will include the following criteria: definition of relevant objectives, appropriate method, Clear presentation of relevant results and conclusions. The quality of the text, including grammar and spelling, is the responsibility of the author and will be considered as an additional criterion for evaluation, along with the adequacy of the structure in the required format.
All works will be checked with anti-plagiarism tools, and if any irregularity is detected, the submission will be rejected. It is essential that the authors strictly follow the rules for formatting the papers and the instructions of the evaluators, under penalty of rejection of the submission.
The results of the evaluation of the works will be communicated to the authors by e-mail, according to the conclusion of the evaluation processes.
Top jobs
The most outstanding works in each thematic area will be selected by the evaluation committee of the 15th CONCCEPAR, provided that they have been submitted, approved and presented during the event, following the criteria established for evaluation.
The authors of the three best works in each major area will be awarded a cash prize and honorable mention.

Presentation of works and certifications
Standards for paper presentation
Approved papers can be presented in two ways: through e-poster, in face-to-face format, or orally remotely. The choice of the form of presentation must be indicated during the submission of the abstract.
All papers submitted in the thematic area of Law must be presented in oral mode.
There will be certification only for the works submitted, approved and presented at the event.
Norms for in-person presentation of e-posters
The organizers will provide high-definition televisions for the e-poster exhibition. Presenters must bring the digital file of the e-poster on a pen drive, external hard drive or similar device, as it will not be necessary to take a printed poster for the days of the Congress. The exhibition of the e-poster can only be held at the place designated by the organization of the Congress.
Information about the place, date and time of presentation will be made available in the restricted area of the author who submitted the work. In case of absence of the authors, the original schedule of presentations will be maintained.
During the session, at least one of the authors of the paper must remain next to the e-poster to answer visitors' questions. Presentations by third parties who are not authors will not be allowed. The evaluation of the e-poster will be carried out by an expert in the area, who will validate the presence of the author for the issuance of the certificate.
The presentation of the e-poster will have a maximum duration of 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion period.
Formatting the e-poster
The e-poster must have the following dimensions 25.40cm X 14,29cm (Width X Height) according to the model provided by the scientific committee. Slide sized for screen presentation (16:9), at 1920×1080 pixel resolution.

Title and author data
The title must be the same used in the abstract and be written in capital letters that allow it to be read from 3 meters away. The title must be centered.
Below the title, insert the names of the authors separated by a comma and with superscript numbering. The name of the author who will present the work must be underlined. The names of the authors must be centered.
Below the authors' names, enter the authors' data, such as course, institution, country, e-mail. All items must be capitalized, separated by semicolons. Authors' data must be centralized.
keywords
Keywords should be written with an initial capital letter (Arial font size 35 is suggested) and separated by a period. Insert a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords. Keywords should be centered.
Poster body
Include the items: Introduction, Methodology, Results and Final Considerations (written in capital letters, in bold and centered).
The body of the e-poster should preferably be made with as little text as possible in each item (justified text is suggested) and as many illustrations as possible (figures, diagrams and tables).
Guidelines for online oral presentation
It is the presenter's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection during the online presentation. Information about the place, date and time of the presentation will be made available in the restricted area of the author who submitted the work. In case of absence of the authors, the original schedule of the presentations will be maintained.
Each session will be moderated by an expert in the field, in charge of coordinating the debates, ensuring compliance with the schedules and validating the presence of the author for the issuance of the certificate. Online oral presentations will have a maximum duration of 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion period.

Integrated Institute for Educational Innovation Award 2026
The Integrated Institute of Science and Technology, with support from the Thematic Chamber of Education and Entrepreneurship - CODECAM e of SEBRAE - Entrepreneurial Education, will promote the "Integrated Institute of Educational Innovation Award 2026" whose main objective is to bring together in a selection, the educational projects prepared by public Basic Education teachers in the municipality of Campo Mourão, applied in the school context, with characteristics of innovation and creativity, which promote significant gains in the teaching-learning process.
The occasion will highlight the merit of basic education teachers in Campo Mourão, celebrating the performance of these professionals who are essential for the development of the nation. Postgraduate scholarships offered by the Integrated University Center, in Campo Mourão, and subscriptions to the Super Professor will be destined to the winners of the award.
