Christophe, inspired by his personal life-changing experiences, discovered a way to use his workplace for good which led him to found the Humanity Lab. This initiative is tackling social as well as environmental challenges while offering Airbus employees a way to get involved and use their skills to do good. While the project started out as a small personal initiative it has become a popular way of engagement within the company."
