Natália Plentz
I am a Product Designer with a Degree in Industrial Design (2010), a specialization in Environmental Management (2012), a Master's Degree in Design (2014) and am currently a Ph.D. student in Design at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Lisbon.
My main focus is on the intersection between design and sustainability, but I have also researched Design Management, Performance Indicators, Social Innovation, Service Design, among other fields.
I am very passionate about how design can have a positive impact on society, when applied in a strategic manner, both in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Investigating and disseminating design knowledge are some of my interests, as well as researching the best methodology and tools to apply in different contexts. I believe in the integration between academia and companies, to further advance the field and use design to make the future better.
