Resumo

RESUMO A individuação é o tema central da ontologia, a ciência do ser enquanto ser, e que perpassa toda a história da formação do pensamento ocidental sobre a constituição do indivíduo e de sua enticidade, e que chega ao Séc. XX renovado pela visão da fenomenologia, e em especial como reflexão ontológica da pensadora Edith Stein. A individuação diz respeito ao processo de desenvolvimento da pessoa, no tempo e espaço histórico, enquanto processo de tornar-se si- mesmo. Em Edith Stein, o tema da individuação é visto em sua ontologia tanto em sua gênese, como principium individuationis, conforme a tradição metafísica aristotélica e tomista, como processo de desenvolvimento e estruturação da pessoa humana, em termos da passagem de uma essência que se atualiza e realiza no contínuo ato existencial da vida no mundo. A individuação também é em si uma experiência de espiritualidade pessoal, quer esteja ou não ligada a uma tradição religiosa, pois o viver no mundo exige a transcendência de si e o sentido da vida, e neste sentido a vida da própria pensadora é um exemplo. Portanto, o tema de nossa pesquisa é a Individuação na Ontologia Fenomenológica em Edith Stein, e aqui, neste ensaio, buscamos adicionar a questão de gênero à consideração da estrutura da pessoa humana, sob a perspectiva do conceito de individuação e no campo da ontologia, apenas na intuição de reunir fundamentos à reflexão dos conceitos, intercalando o pensamento de Edith Stein com os de outros pensadores de referência ao tema, objetivando assim apenas apresentar palavras, definir termos e colocar estes conceitos num comum fundamento à nossa pesquisa. A questão de gênero tem estado no centro da agenda de debates na atualidade, dada a emergência de embates sociológicos para a compreensão do fenômeno, como psicológicos na busca de atender a sintomatologia dela decorrente e quer ainda de movimentos culturais que buscam inclusão. Queremos aqui colocamos a tônica de nossa comunicação na necessidade de se recolocar a questão sob o campo da ontologia, coisa que, a nosso ver, tem faltado nos debates, isto dará uma nova compreensão sobre a alma humana e a inclusão da dimensão espiritual do ser humano na discussão. O objetivo deste ensaio é refletir sobre o conceito ontológico da individuação, a fenomenologia da questão de gênero no pensamento de Edith Stein. O método a ser utilizado na pesquisa é o de análise qualitativa dos conceitos em textos da referida pensadora, em sua autobiografia e em confronto com outros pensadores do mesmo tema. A reflexão do texto será apresentada no seguinte roteiro de idéias: 1) Ontologia: a ciência do ser enquanto ser; 2) Individuação: atualização em ato da potência do ser enquanto ente; 3) Gênero: tornar-se si mesmo enquanto pessoa no mundo. Como resultado, espera-se poder apresentar uma síntese dos conceitos e demonstrar a importância do assunto no pensamento da autora. Palavras-chave: Ontologia. Individuação. Gênero. ABSTRACT The Individuation is the central theme of ontology, the science of being as a being, which pervades the entire history of the formation of Western thought on the constitution of the individual and his or her entity, and which reaches the twentieth century renewed by the vision of phenomenology, and especially as the ontological reflection of the thinker Edith Stein. Individuation refers to the process of development of the person, in time and historical space, as a process of becoming oneself. In Edith Stein, the theme of individuation is seen in its ontology both in its genesis and principium individuationis, according to the Aristotelian and Thomist metaphysical tradition, as a process of development and structuring of the human person, in terms of the passage of an essence that is updated and realizes in the continuous existential act of life in the world. Individuation is also in itself an experience of personal spirituality, whether or not it is linked to a religious tradition, because living in the world demands transcendence of self and the meaning of life, and in this sense the life of the thinker herself is an example. Therefore, the theme of our research is Individuation in the Phenomenological Ontology in Edith Stein, and here, in this essay, we seek to add the gender issue to the consideration of the structure of the human person, from the perspective of the concept of individuation and in the field of ontology, only in the intuition to gather foundations to the reflection of the concepts, interspersing the thought of Edith Stein with those of other thinkers of reference to the subject, aiming only to present words, to define terms and to put these concepts in a common foundation to our research. The issue of gender has been at the center of the agenda of debates today, given the emergence of sociological struggles to understand the phenomenon, as psychological in the quest to meet the symptomatology arising from it and still want cultural movements seeking inclusion. We want here to place the emphasis of our communication on the need to re-address the issue under the field of ontology, something that we have lacked in the debates, this will give a new understanding about the human soul and the inclusion of the spiritual dimension of being in the discussion. The purpose of this essay is to reflect on the ontological concept of individuation, the phenomenology of the gender issue in Edith Stein's thought. The method to be used in the research is the qualitative analysis of the concepts in texts of the thinker, in her autobiography and in confrontation with other thinkers of the same theme. The reflection of the text will be presented in the following script: 1) Ontology: the science of being as a being; 2) Individuation: actualization in act of the power of being as being; 3) Gender: becoming yourself as a person in the world. As a result, we hope to be able to present a synthesis of the concepts and demonstrate the importance of the subject in the author's thinking. Key-words: Ontology. Individuation. Gender.
