Summary
In the Cerrado region, Rio Verde GO, Brazil, rural producers seek to increase the soybean productivity efficiently. For this, it is essential that the soils have assimilable nutrients at adequate levels without causing contamination. In this sense, the use of nano-fertilizers (NF) causes a great impact, since they improve agricultural production using smaller amounts of inputs. The objective of this work was to develop a complementary fertilization protocol to the traditional management of the producer (MTP) of Rio Verde-GO applying NF (MIST-P and MIST TPS) during the sowing of the soybean crop. Three treatments were carried out: MTP (T1); MTP + 3L ha-1MIST-P (20.5%) (T2), and MTP + 3L ha-1 MIST TPS (Ca 40.6%, Mg 11.9% and S 34.2%) + 3L ha-1 MIST-P (T3 ). Plots of 4 m2 were established following a completely randomized block design with 6 replications per treatment. Leaf nitrogen content (N), total chlorophyll index (ICF), yield (sc ha-1) and percentage of protein in grains were determined. It was observed that the application of nano-fertilizer significantly increased N content, ICF, grain yield and protein in T3 with respect to MTP (+31%; +11.7%; +14.6% and + 4.7%, respectively). In T2 only ICF and grain yield were significantly higher than in MTP (+7.98% +10.1%, respectively). These results show that NF are a promising complementary fertilization alternative to the traditional management of the producer for the soybean production in the study region.
