The submission period for abstracts to be presented at the VI International Seminar of the Brazilian Association of English Language Teachers of the Federal Network of Basic, Technical and Technological Education — VI SIABRALITEC — is open until July 31, 2026. The theme of the 2026 edition is Artificial Intelligence in English Language Teaching. The event will take place from September 23 to 25, 2026, at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia (IFBA), Salvador Campus, in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.
English language teachers from the Basic, Technical and Technological Education career, as well as English language teachers from other careers, may submit papers to VI SIABRALITEC.
Guidelines for the Payment of Membership Fees and Event Registration for Members, and Event Registration Only for Non-Members
The event participation fee may be paid by deposit, bank transfer, or PIX. Proof of payment must be submitted together with the registration form.
Members must be up to date with all association fees before completing their registration. In case of outstanding annual membership fees, the updated amounts are as follows:

● 2018 annual membership fee: BRL 90.00 (ninety reais);
● 2019 and 2020 annual membership fees: BRL 100.00 (one hundred reais);
● Annual membership fees from 2021 to 2026: BRL 120.00 (one hundred and twenty reais).
The participation fee for VI SIABRALITEC and/or paper presentation is described in the registration section below.

Please disregard the word “Free” displayed below. The listed fees are valid until July 14, 2026. After this date, the second registration batch will open, with updated fees. Payment must be made by bank transfer or PIX, according to the guidelines provided above.
This payment method was adopted because the Even3 platform would charge a 10% fee on each registration. The amount corresponding to this percentage will be used in a raffle for financial assistance among members.
