It is with great satisfaction that we arrive at the V Meeting of Entomology and Biodiversity Conservation (EECB). This event, which has already established itself as one of the main meetings in the area, bringing together undergraduate and graduate students and professors, as well as professionals in entomology from Brazil, Colombia, Peruvians, Argentines, Mozambicans, Paraguayans, Portuguese, English and several other nationalities, to discuss the challenges and advances related to entomology and biodiversity conservation.

       With the theme Insects in the scenario of global climate change, the V EECB will provide participants with the opportunity to participate in lectures, round tables, mini-courses and presentations of scientific papers. In addition, there will be a photo and scientific  illustration contest and a raffle for gifts.
