V Workshop de Energias Oceânicas e Fluviais

O Instituto Nacional de Ciência e Tecnologia em Energias Oceânicas e Fluviais (INEOF) é uma rede de pesquisa composta por cinco universidades federais brasileiras. São elas: UFMA, UFPA, UNIFEI, UFRJ e UFSC. A essência do INEOF é a multidisciplinaridade. A equipe de pesquisadores integra oceanógrafos, meteorologistas, engenheiros mecânicos, hidráulicos, navais, eletricistas, civis e de computação. O INEOF é cofinanciado pelo CNPq e FAPEMA. O objetivo global é contribuir para o desenvolvimento técnico-científico do uso de energias oceânicas e fluviais, atendendo às demandas da geração de energia renovável no país. O grupo atua sinergicamente na produção de conhecimento científico, desenvolvimento e inovação tecnológica, formação de recursos humanos, divulgação e transferência de conhecimento para o setor produtivo, sociedade e governo. 

O Workshop em Energias Oceânicas é um evento organizado pelo INEOF com o objetivo de integrar pesquisadores, discutir o estado da arte em energias renováveis, assim como promover articulações entre a academia, governo e indústria para o contínuo desenvolvimento da área. O tema central deste ano é “Transição Energética e o Hidrogênio Verde”.

The National Institute of Science and Technology for Ocean and Fluvial Energy (INEOF) is a research network composed of five Brazilian federal universities. These are: UFMA, UFPA, UNIFEI, UFRJ and UFSC. The essence of INEOF is multidisciplinarity. The research team consists of oceanographers, meteorologists, mechanical, hydraulic, naval, electrical, civil and computer engineers. INEOF is co-funded by CNPq and FAPEMA. The global objective is to contribute to the technical-scientific development of the use of marine and hydro energy to meet the renewable energy generation needs of the country. The group acts synergistically in the production of scientific knowledge, development and technological innovation, training of human resources, dissemination, and transfer of knowledge to the productive sector, society, and government.

The Workshop on Ocean Energies is an event organized by INEOF with the aim of bringing together researchers, discussing the current state of the art in renewable energy, and promoting collaboration between academia, government, and industry to support the continued development of this field. The central theme this year is “Energy Transition and Green Hydrogen”.
