About the event

The World Poker Federation (WPF), in partnership with the Poker Tournament Directors Association (TDA), the Associação de Diretores de Torneios de Poker (ADTP), and the Brazilian Confederation of Texas Hold’em (CBTH), will host an exclusive gathering dedicated to professionals responsible for managing and regulating poker tournaments.

The event aims to discuss and standardize tournament rules across Latin America, following the international TDA framework. It will also present the latest industry trends and serve as a forum for debate and exchange of experiences.

Throughout a full day of immersion, participants will have access to discussion panels, case studies, and networking opportunities, strengthening collaboration among leaders and professionals in the field.

The meeting will take place on December 1, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel, bringing together leading national and international figures in an environment of learning, collaboration, and joint development of the future of poker.
