Understanding Customers in the Digital Era

The Social CRM workshop sheds light on topics that are relevant in today's business processes. A large amount of customer data is being generated on different platforms, especially on social media. This information can provide relevant insights to businesses, which could improve the customer-company relationships. 

Today, companies are actively using social media to sell their products and to boost their relationships with their customers and prospective clients. But how are they achieving these? What are the challenges faced by these companies? How to create an integrated process to retrieve and analyze customer data?
