Abstract submission instructions

- Abstracts must be submitted in English and exclusively through the Even3 platform. Submissions submitted by other means will not be considered.

- Only participants registered in the face-to-face modality will be able to present accepted abstracts. At least one of the authors must be registered in the face-to-face modality of the congress at the time of submission.

- The presenting author must be identified at the time of submission. If more than one author of the abstract is registered in the face-to-face modality, the presenting author must be indicated during submission.

- Each registered participant can submit up to two abstracts as a presenter, without limiting their participation as a co-author in other papers.

- Co-authors should not submit an abstract that has already been registered by another author.

- After submission, the author in charge will automatically receive a confirmation email.

- All abstracts will initially be considered for poster presentation. The Scientific Committee will select eight abstracts for oral presentation (in English), based on scientific merit.

- The Scientific Committee of the RINN22 Congress reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not comply with the submission guidelines or that do not meet scientific quality standards.

- The organization of the congress is not responsible for the printing of posters or for travel, accommodation or other related costs. If you need confirmation of acceptance to request funding from your institution or funding agency, please contact the Organizing Committee by e-mail: rinn22congress@gmail.com.

- Authors of accepted abstracts are responsible for printing, installing, and removing their posters during the event.

- Detailed information about presentation schedules and poster and slide templates will be provided in due course.

- Each abstract will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers, based on scientific quality, originality, methodology, and relevance to the theme of the congress.

- Abstracts identified with plagiarism will be rejected.

- One poster from each thematic area will be selected and awarded by the Scientific Committee.

Publication Opportunities

Maximize the impact of your participation in the Congress by publishing your work in internationally recognized scientific journals.

Full Papers (Special Issue)

Authors will have the opportunity to publish their work as a full research article or a review paper in a Special Issue of the Journal of Physiology and Biochemistry (Springer), a Q1 journal in the field of Physiology with an impact factor of 4.3.

Why submit?

  • Publication in a high-impact, Q1 international journal

  • No Article Processing Charges (APC) for selected papers

  • Rigorous peer-review process

  • High visibility within the scientific community

Eligibility criteria:

  • Abstracts must be submitted within the official Congress deadline

  • Authors must indicate their interest in submitting a full manuscript during the abstract submission process

Submitted abstracts will undergo a rigorous evaluation by the Scientific Committee. Only high-quality contributions, with strong scientific merit and clear alignment with the journal’s scope, will be selected and invited to submit a full manuscript for the Special Issue. All invited manuscripts will be subject to a formal peer-review process.

For more information about the journal''''s scope, please visit: https://link.springer.com/journal/13105

Abstract Publication

All accepted Congress communications will be published as abstracts in Cahiers de Nutrition et Diététique (Elsevier), the official journal of the French Society of Nutrition.

Why this matters:

  • Dissemination of your work in an established international journal

  • Increased visibility within the nutrition and health community

  • No publication costs for accepted abstracts

For more information about the journal, please visit: https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/cahiers-de-nutrition-et-de-dietetique

Speakers interested in publishing their presentations as abstracts are also very welcome. In this case, submission through the Congress system is not required, as the process will be managed directly by the Scientific Committee.
