O Congresso visa promover uma ampla reflexão sobre os problemas do Humanismo, dos Direitos Humanos e da Cidadania, centrado nos desafios, oportunidades e ameaças da atualidade, nas questões da construção de cidadania plena no contexto dos problemas atuais e dos impactos das crises, em diferentes esferas.

Normas de submissão para os Artigos (facultativo)
Qualquer participante que apresente comunicação poderá submeter um artigo. Pode ser escrito em português, espanhol, inglês ou francês. Todos os textos completos validados e admitidos serão publicados em E-book. A autoria deve indicar as seguintes informações: nome(s), afiliação e endereço de e-mail.
Neste caso, deverá enviar texto completo do artigo até 31 de janeiro de 2026, com base nos seguintes critérios:
- Escrito nas normas APA (7ª. Ed.);
- Tamanho da letra 12, fonte Times New Roman
- Incluir o resumo com 3 a 5 palavras-chave.
- Ter entre 7 e 12 páginas (incluindo tabelas, figuras e referências bibliográficas).
- O artigo deve ser enviado num ficheiro word.

The Congress aims to promote a broad reflection on the issues of Humanism, Human Rights, and Citizenship, focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and threats of contemporary times. It addresses the construction of full citizenship in the context of current problems and the impacts of crises across various spheres.

Submission Guidelines - Articles (optional)
Any participant presenting a paper may submit a full article. Articles can be written in Portuguese, Spanish, English, or French. All validated and accepted full texts will be published in an E-book. The authorship must indicate the following information: name(s), affiliation, and e-mail address
The full article must be submitted by January 31, 2026, according to the following criteria:
- Written according to APA (7th edition) guidelines.
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
- Include an abstract with 3 to 5 keywords.
- Length: 7 to 12 pages (including tables, figures, and references).
- The article must be submitted as a Word file.
