É com grande prazer que nós anunciamos a realização do III Colóquio Internacional Escrita, Som e Imagem. Nesta terceira edição a Natureza é o nosso ponto de confluência das reflexões, e será realizada entre 26 a 29 de outubro, em formato on-line, pois continuamos seguindo as medidas em relação à pandemia.
Neste momento, sentimos necessidade de refletirmos e debatermos um tema além da intermidialidade, e a natureza foi o escolhido. Iremos dialogar com um olhar diverso e multidirecional, de forma que integre o homem, suas ações e práticas de comunicação e expressão, com os demais elementos da natureza. Momento mais propício do que este não há!
O evento está sendo organizado pelo Intermídia: Estudos sobre a Intermidialidade (Grupo de Pesquisa certificado pelo CNPq), pelas Unidades Acadêmicas da UFMG sob coordenação geral de Cecília Nazaré de Lima.
Cecília é Professora associada do Departamento de Teoria Geral da Música da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brasil, Mestra em Estruturação da linguagem musical pelo Instituto de Artes da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), e Doutora em Criação e Crítica da Imagem em Movimento pela Escola de Belas Artes (EBA) da UFMG. Compositora com partituras disponíveis no site do Sesc Partituras, pesquisadora do Grupo Resgate da Canção Brasileira, atuando na reedição e análise de partituras, e desenvolve trabalhos sobre as relações entre a música e outras artes, como uma das pesquisadoras do grupo de pesquisa Intermídia: estudos sobre intermidialidade.
The Organizing Committee of the Third Writing, Sound, Image International Colloquium is pleased to announce that this conference will be held on-line from the 26th to the 29th of October 2021. The main theme of the event is Nature, and we aim to discuss the relations between the natural world and the arts and media, focusing especially on media products that reflect on Nature from diverse perspectives. Nature has always been the preferential theme of creative arts, whether in a mythical or animist approach, or else perceived as the very foundation of existence, or as a source of joy and pleasure.
However, the recent interest in the Anthropocene and the dangers deriving from the influence of human activity on climate change and the environment has contributed to turn the interaction between humans and Nature into one of the key concerns of contemporary societies. We hope the creative productions and discussions during the Colloquium will inspire all participants.
The Colloquium is being organized by the group Intermídia: Estudos sobre a Intermidialidade (Research Group certified by CNPq), by the Academic Units of UFMG, under the general coordination of professor Cecília Nazaré de Lima.
Cecília Nazaré de Lima is a professor from the Departamento de Teoria Geral da Música at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil, master in Structuring of the musical language by the Arts Institute of the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), and doctor in Creation and criticism of the moving image by the Escola de Belas Artes (EBA) at the UFMG. Composer with musical scores avaiable at Sesc Partituras website. Researcher of the Resgate da Canção Brasileira (Rescue of the Brazilian Song) Group, working on reissue and analysis of scores. Also is developing works about relations of music and other arts as one of the Intermídia: estudos sobre intermidialidade (Intermídia: studies about intemidiality) researcher.
