EMTEC 2026 – Emerging Maker Technologies Conference is an international interdisciplinary conference created to promote scientific dissemination, experimentation, innovation, and maker culture through an accessible and collaborative format.
The conference invites students, educators, researchers, and interdisciplinary teams to submit scientific posters and abstracts related to emerging technologies, experimental science, maker education, artificial intelligence, embedded systems, sustainability, and other innovative approaches connecting science, technology, and creativity.
EMTEC was designed as a lightweight and inclusive scientific event, encouraging participation from both early-stage and experienced participants. Instead of focusing exclusively on traditional full papers, the conference prioritizes visual scientific communication, interdisciplinary dialogue, prototyping, experimentation, and real-world problem solving.
Accepted works will be physically exhibited during the event and included in the official digital proceedings of EMTEC 2026, organized by thematic tracks.
