II South Brazilian Symposium on Neurosciences

Neuroscience is a multidisciplinary science that combines physiology, anatomy, molecular biology, developmental biology, cytology, computer science and mathematical modeling to understand the fundamental and emergent properties of the brain. It aims to understand the biological basis of learning, memory, behavior, perception, consciousness and other brain functions in health and disease. The II South Brazilian Symposium on Neuroscience (#SSBN21) was launched for undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers and professionals in the areas of health, biochemistry, biology, medicine, biomedicine, pharmacology, toxicology, physiotherapy and related fields, interested in knowing, acquiring or transmitting experiences in the study of neuroscience and new therapeutic options for the treatment of diseases of the nervous system.
