The I BINGO-ABDUS Meeting is an event aimed at promoting debate and the exchange of experiences on science, technology, and their applications for societal development. The meeting will feature renowned researchers, undergraduates, and postgraduates who will present their studies and discuss trends and challenges in the field.
One of the highlights of the event is the BINGO Radio Telescope, an innovative project focused on investigating the origin and evolution of the Universe through the observation of radio waves. BINGO is a high-tech instrument capable of capturing valuable information about the composition and structure of the cosmos, contributing to the advancement of scientific knowledge. The BINGO Radio Telescope is an international collaboration project led by Brazilian researchers, which recently entered a new phase, BINGO-ABDUS, marked by the project's expansion and its association with researchers from the world's largest radio telescope, FAST, and TianLai, both based in China. The name ABDUS is an acronym for Advanced Bingo Dark Universe Studies and is also a tribute to physicist Abdus Salam.
Additionally, the I BINGO-ABDUS Meeting will feature a variety of activities, such as lectures and presentations, covering diverse topics in the fields of science and technology. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with experts from various areas of knowledge, thereby expanding their networks and understanding.
Event registration will be conducted exclusively through the Even3 platform.
