Os Professores da Universidade de Graz, Gerd Oberleitner, titular da Cátedra UNESCO em Direitos Humanos e Segurança Humana, e Lisa Heschl, investigadora no Centro Europeu de Investigação e Formação em Direitos Humanos e Democracia, visitam a Escola de Direito e o JusGov no âmbito da Aliança Arqus, nos dias 29 e 30 de novembro de 2023. No dia 30 de novembro, serão os docentes convidados de uma aula aberta no Mestrado em Direitos Humanos. A aula aberta terá como tema os atuais desafios à ordem jurídica internacional, sendo que o Prof. Dr. Gerd Oberleitner falará dos desafios ao Direito internacional humanitário e a Dra. Lisa Heschl falará dos desafios ao Direito internacional do asilo. A aula aberta terá lugar na sala de atos, no edifício da Escola de Direito, com início às 15:00 horas.
University of Graz' Professors Gerd Oberleitner, UNESCO Chair in Human Rights and Human Security, and Lisa Heschl, researcher at the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy, will be visiting the Law School and JusGov on 29 and 30 November 2023, in the framework of the Arqus Alliance. On 30 November, they will be guest lecturers in the Master Programme in Human Rights. The lecture will cover the challenges to the international legal order, with Prof. Dr. Gerd Oberleitner talking about the challenges to international humanitarian law, and Dr. Lisa Heschl talking about the challenges to international refugee law. The lecture will be held in the thesis defense room of the Law School building, starting at 3 pm.
