Centenário do Nascimento de Aryon Dall'Igna Rodrigues - VI Encontro Internacional sobre Línguas e Culturas Tupí

The general program of the Event "Commemorating the Aryon Dall'Igna Rodrigues Centennial and the VII Meeting on the Languages and Cultures of the Tupi Peoples will bring together linguists, anthropologists, educators, archaeologists, biologists, ethnohistorians and professionals in the field of Indigenous Health with innovative works on themes of impact on scientific knowledge on the languages, cultures, education, history and prehistory of the indigenous peoples of Brazil, mainly of the Tupí peoples, who make up the genetic grouping consolidated by the competent work of Professor Aryon Dall'Igna Rodrigues. Very important will be the participation of colleagues and former students of Professor Aryon from the Federal University of Paraná, University of Brasilia, National Museum and Unicamp, where the honored professor planted his knowledge and dedication. Undergraduate and graduate students who follow the legacy of prof. Aryon Dall'Igna Rodrigues will participate, either in round tables, coordinated sessions, or poster sessions. The program, which will be broadcast on Youtube, will highlight the Laboratory of Indigenous Languages and Literatures, the Institute of Letters and the University of Brasília itself, as well as FAP-DR and the Federal District, as a source of production and knowledge about the wealth of the more than 200 indigenous peoples in Brazil.
