The Atlântica International Health Week – 2nd Edition will be a space for meeting, reflection and exchange focused on innovation, education and the transformation of healthcare, with a special emphasis on Digital Health. The program brings together current and highly relevant topics for the sector and will feature the participation of national and international speakers, reinforcing the global and interdisciplinary dimension of the event.
Throughout the week, discussions will address issues related to digital transformation in healthcare, artificial intelligence, digital ethics and security, health data, health economics, evidence-based clinical practice, and other emerging areas with an impact on education, research and care delivery. The event will also include thematic workshops, some of them held onsite, as well as the presentation of free communications on 17 June, promoting the dissemination of projects, research and good practices.
The Atlântica International Health Week – 2nd Edition will take place in a hybrid format, with some workshops delivered in person and the remaining activities held online, in order to broaden the event’s reach and enable the participation of people from different countries. The program also includes the 5th ESSATLA International Nursing Conference and will conclude on 19 June with the Health Employment Fair, further strengthening the connection between academia, professional development and the labour market.

A Atlântica International Health Week – 2nd Edition será um espaço de encontro, reflexão e partilha em torno da inovação, da educação e da transformação dos cuidados de saúde, com especial destaque para a Saúde Digital. O programa integra temas atuais e relevantes para o setor, contando com a participação de palestrantes nacionais e internacionais, o que reforça a dimensão global e interdisciplinar do evento.
Ao longo da semana, serão debatidas questões relacionadas com a transformação digital em saúde, inteligência artificial, ética e segurança digital, dados em saúde, economia da saúde, prática clínica baseada na evidência e outras áreas emergentes com impacto na formação, investigação e prestação de cuidados. O evento inclui ainda workshops temáticos, alguns em formato presencial, bem como a apresentação de comunicações livres no dia 17 de junho, promovendo a divulgação de projetos, investigação e boas práticas.
A Atlântica International Health Week – 2nd Edition decorre em formato híbrido, com workshops presenciais e as restantes atividades em regime online, de forma a alargar o alcance do evento e a facilitar a participação de pessoas de diferentes países. O programa integra também as V Jornadas Internacionais de Enfermagem da ESSATLA, e termina no dia 19 de junho com a Feira de Emprego na área da Saúde, reforçando a ligação entre academia, desenvolvimento profissional e mercado de trabalho.
