As one of the initiatives of the partnership between CCM-ITA and WZL-RWTH Aachen (Germany), The Brazilian Gear Conference ITA-WZL appears as a response to the potential demands for technological solutions and innovation research in the Brazilian gear industry. The event approaches the topics of manufacturing technologies, product development, and testing of gears, distributed in thematic sections considering the knowledge areas of Surface Integrity, Design for Manufacturing, Additive Manufacturing, and Power Density. The technical seminars approach the global state-of-the-art and case studies of successful Academic-Industry partnerships. At the end of each day, a guided tour through CCM-ITA facilities is conducted.
