3D-printed acoustic metamaterials introduce innovative and customizable approaches to noise management, enabling precise sound control by leveraging engineered resonances. Traditional noise mitigation techniques primarily rely on bulk materials, whereas metamaterials enhance performance through structural design rather than relying solely on material properties This study employs finite element simulations and experimental validation to examine the acoustic response of 3D-printed metamaterials under various operating conditions. By correlating the simulated and measured data, insights into the interplay between resonance modes, geometry, and acoustic performance are obtained. The resulting sound absorption characteristics are analyzed to determine the effectiveness of these designs across different frequency ranges.
