Proceedings of the 8th Brazilian Congress of Biotechnology?

The 8th Brazilian Congress of Biotechnology (CBBiotec 2025), organized by the Brazilian Society of Biotechnology (SBBiotec), was held in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, from October 19 to 22, 2025.

This event brought together researchers, students, entrepreneurs, and professionals from academia, industry, and government to discuss recent advances and applications in the field of biotechnology. With a rich scientific program featuring plenary lectures, symposia, poster sessions, and oral presentations, the congress provided a dynamic platform for sharing knowledge, fostering collaborations, and promoting innovation in Brazilian and international biotechnology.

The following proceedings include the approved abstracts and papers presented during the congress, covering a wide range of topics such as agricultural biotechnology, health and pharmaceuticals, bioenergy, environmental biotechnology, nanobiotechnology, and industrial applications.
