All full registrations include access to all conference sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, Gala Dinner, and the presentation and publication of one (1) accepted paper. Registration closes at 11:59 PM (23:59) UTC−3 (Brasília Time) on the published deadline date.
For participants registered under the categories IAHR Member, Student/ Young Professional, Company Representative, or Low-Income, we kindly ask that you present your corresponding proof of eligibility during on-site registration (badge collection). Providing valid documentation is essential to ensure a smooth check-in and avoid any need for paying a registration fee difference.
Please note: As Itaipu Parquetec is a restricted-access facility, all participants must provide a valid CPF (for Brazilian residents) or Passport Number (for international attendees) during registration. This information is required for security clearance and badge issuance upon arrival.
